General Questions
1. What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driving license, a copy of your passport (or Emirates ID for residents), and a credit card in your name.
2. What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years for most vehicles. For luxury and high-performance cars, it may be 25+.
3. Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
If your driver’s license is not in English or Arabic, or if it’s not from a GCC or EU country, we recommend bringing an IDP.
4. Can I rent a car without a credit card?
No, a credit card is required to hold the security deposit during your rental period.
5. Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, basic insurance is included. We also offer full coverage insurance as an optional upgrade.
Booking & Payments
6. How do I book a car?
You can book directly through our website, by phone, or by visiting our office. Online booking is quick and secure.
7. Can I pay in cash?
We accept cash for rental fees, but the deposit must be made via credit card.
8. Is it possible to extend my booking?
Yes, you can extend your rental by contacting us at least 24 hours before your return time, subject to availability.
9. Do you charge any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. All charges are transparent and clearly mentioned in your rental agreement.
10. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all rentals. It is refunded within 21 working days after return.
Vehicle Use
11. Are your vehicles clean and sanitized?
Absolutely. All vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before each rental.
12. Can I take the car outside the UAE?
No, our cars are not permitted to cross UAE borders.
13. Do you provide GPS or Wi-Fi?
Yes, both GPS and portable Wi-Fi devices are available as optional extras.
14. Can someone else drive the car I rented?
Only if they are added as an additional driver and provide valid documents.
15. What should I do in case of an accident?
Call emergency services if necessary, then contact us immediately. A police report is mandatory for all claims.
Pickup & Return
16. Do you offer delivery and pickup service?
Yes, we provide door-to-door delivery and pickup within the city. Fees may apply based on distance.
17. Can I return the car to a different location?
Yes, one-way drop-offs can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
18. What if I return the car late?
A grace period of 1 hour is allowed. After that, late return fees will be applied.
19. Do I need to refill the fuel tank?
Yes, the fuel level should match what it was when you received the car. Fuel charges apply otherwise.
20. What happens if I lose the car key?
Lost key fees apply based on the vehicle model. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
