Welcome to EasyDealCar.ae. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Rental Requirements

  • The renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • International visitors must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English or Arabic.
  • A valid credit card is required for the security deposit.

2. Vehicle Usage

  • The vehicle may only be driven by individuals listed in the rental agreement.
  • Use of the vehicle for racing, towing, off-roading, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is responsible for any traffic violations and associated penalties during the rental period.

3. Insurance & Liability

  • Basic insurance (third-party liability) is included in the rental price.
  • Full coverage insurance is available for an additional fee and covers accidental damage with limited liability.
  • In case of an accident, a valid police report is required for any insurance claim.

4. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same amount.
  • If not, fuel charges will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Rental Period & Returns

  • Rental charges are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  • Late returns exceeding a 1-hour grace period may incur additional charges.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented.

6. Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit is required at the start of the rental and will be returned within 21 business days after return, subject to deductions.
  • Deductions may be made for traffic fines, damage, excessive dirtiness, missing fuel, or additional mileage.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time may incur a 1-day rental charge.
  • No refunds are provided for early returns.

8. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer vehicle delivery and pickup within city limits. Additional fees may apply depending on the location.
  • The renter must be present with valid documents to receive the car.

9. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

  • All vehicles are inspected before delivery and any damage is recorded.
  • Upon return, the vehicle will be re-inspected. Any new damage may result in deductions.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

11. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected for the purpose of rental verification and communication. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
